Neely Darragh Almand

Certified Physician Assistant

Neely joined Avail Dermatology in 2011.  She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and has been working as a PA in dermatology in the Atlanta area since February of 2009.  She brings much experience and knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of anything from acne to skin cancer.

Neely was born and raised right here in Georgia.  She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2004 with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Spanish.  She then went on to Emory University School of Medicine in the summer of 2006, graduating in December of 2008 with a Master of Medical Science degree.  She began working in dermatology immediately after graduation, and takes great pride in treating all ages of patients for their dermatologic needs.

She is an active member of both the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) as well as Georgia Dermatology Physician Assistants.

She resides in Newnan, and when she is not seeing patients at Avail Dermatology, she enjoys spending time with her husband Nick, her two beautiful children, Sean and Clare, and her two pugs, Archie and Glory.
