Dr. Marcet was great, very kind and attentive. His surgical nurse was great, explained everything that was happening, gave clear directions on wound care, and set up follow up appointments. She made us very comfortable during a very stressful time.
Dr. Ling was so nice, very personable and made me feel very at east. Such a kind man. Thank goodness I don’t need any follow up, but if I did I would be glad to return for his medical care.
Michele was awesome and she nailed the situation after having seen three other doctors and been on three different meds over a year with it getting worse and worse. She also talked about the prognosis, what to look for, how to head things off. Her staff was personable but professional. I couldn’t be more pleased. Have already recommended.

This office is 1 hour driving time from my home. I chose to come here because, in my opinion, Dr. Mark Ling is the top Dermatologist in the Atlanta area. Thanks to his diligence, many skin cancers have been removed from my head, face and arms before they became a serious problem. Everyone in this practice is courteous and professional.

It was a pleasure from making the appointment to check-in and to the excellent service by Michele and her nurses. Then we went to Dr. Marcet and his group and felt we were in very capable hands. We have recommended Avail to several of our friends and they, as well, were very pleased. It isn’t ever enjoyable to go to a doctor, but it certainly lowers the stress level when you get friendly, competent people to serve you! We almost look forward to our next visit!

The one aspect of your service that is outstanding in comparison to all other medical providers I have encountered is your timeliness. I have been a patient for well over a decade and I can count on one hand the times I’ve had to wait more than 5 minutes to be called for my appointment. I don’t know how you do it, but please keep it up. Everyone is friendly and efficient. It is the best run office I have encountered. Very satisfied!
